At Creativo! Toys & Games, we believe every gift deserves a little extra joy. That’s why we’re happy to offer free gift wrapping on all eligible items—whether you shop in-store or online. Let us help you add a touch of surprise, delight, and color to your special occasion!
How It Works ~ In-Store
Shopping with us in person? Just let our team know which items you’d like wrapped. We’ll wrap each one with care and choose a style of paper that fits the occasion as best as possible.
How It Works ~ Online Orders
1. Select “Free gift wrap” on the product page
Each eligible product includes a Free gift wrap checkbox above the Add to Cart button.
- Check the box for items you would like wrapped.
- Leave it unchecked for items you want to remain unwrapped.
2. Add any wrapping notes in the cart
After items are added to your cart, use the Cart Message field to share any helpful wrapping notes, such as:
- “This one is for a boy / girl / teen / baby.”
- “This gift is for Christmas / birthday / baby shower.”
- “Please wrap items separately.”
This field is not intended for long gift card messages—just short instructions to help our team select appropriate wrapping paper and prepare your gifts thoughtfully.
3. We’ll choose the best wrapping paper available
We carry a rotating selection of seasonal and everyday wrapping paper. While we can’t guarantee a specific design, we’ll choose a style that matches the recipient and occasion based on your notes.
Wrapped items are packed carefully, whether you’re picking up in-store or receiving them by mail.
Need to Make a Change?
If you need to adjust wrapping options before checking out:
- To add gift wrap to an item: Remove it from your cart and re-add the item with the gift wrap box checked.
- To remove gift wrap: Remove and re-add the item without checking the box.
- To update wrapping instructions: Edit the Cart Message at any time before completing checkout.

Is gift wrapping really free?
Yes! There’s no charge for wrapping—whether it’s one small toy or a full birthday gift haul.
Can you wrap any item?
Most items can be wrapped. Extra-large or unusually shaped products may not be eligible. If we can’t wrap something, we’ll contact you with options.
Can I choose the exact wrapping paper?
Because our wrapping paper designs change frequently, we can’t promise a specific style. But your notes help us choose something fitting for the recipient or occasion.
Can you include a gift message?
Currently, we do not offer personalized gift tags for online orders. However, you’re welcome to leave brief wrapping instructions in the Cart Message field.
Can wrapped items still be shipped safely?
Yes! Wrapped items are packed securely inside your shipping box to help keep the paper looking great.
Do you wrap items for local pickup orders?
Absolutely. Just check the box on the product page and leave any wrapping instructions in the Cart Message.
I forgot to select gift wrap—now what?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’re happy to add wrapping.
