Local Pickup at Creativo! Toys & Games
We’re excited to offer free Local Pickup for all online orders at Creativo! Toys & Games! While we’re still getting ready to launch shipping, you can shop online now and pick up your order quickly and easily right here at the store.
How Local Pickup Works
1. Shop online & choose Local Pickup at checkout
Add your items to the cart as usual. At checkout, select Local Pickup – Creativo! Toys & Games as your delivery method.
2. Wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email
You’ll receive two messages from us:
- Order confirmation – right after you place your order.
- Pickup ready email – when your items are packed and ready. We usually have your order ready the next day.
Please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before heading to the store.
3. Pick up your order
When you arrive:
- Park in front of the store.
- Turn on your hazard lights if you’d like (optional).
- Come inside and let us know you’re here for a pickup.
We’ll grab your order right away — fast, friendly, and easy.
Pickup Hours
Pickup is available during our regular store hours.
If you need arrangements outside those times, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Gift Wrap & Local Pickup
If you select Free gift wrap on eligible product pages, we’ll have your items wrapped and ready when you arrive for pickup.
Shipping Coming Soon
Local Pickup is available now, and we’re working on adding shipping very soon. Once shipping is live, you’ll be able to choose the option that works best for you: ship to your home, or pick up in-store.
